Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of classes may occur within 7 days prior to class. A refund will be issued for the amount of class, less a $25 administration fee for basic level classes and a $50 fee for instructor level course. Should the cost of the class be less than $45, one half of the course fee will be charged as the administration fee.
- If cancellation is less than 7 days prior to class, you may re-schedule another class up to 3 months from the original date of payment.
- Students who do not attend class and have not called to re-schedule prior to the start of class are not eligible for a refund.
- If calling to re-schedule less than 48 hours prior to course, there will be $25 administration fee. You may change course date one time only. Non attendance of the second scheduled class date will result in the forfeiture of your entire class fee.
- Chicago Pulse CPR Training, Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that your course is canceled we will make every attempt to contact you. Enrollees in these courses will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- In addition, we suggest calling our 24 hour voicemail hotline number, (773) 445-2CPR (2277), to receive information on any courses that may have been canceled.
- To cancel your enrollment or transfer to another class, you must speak to Customer Service directly. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Any other type of communication, i.e., voice mail, e-mail, etc. may not be received and could result in a forfeiture of your class fees.
