Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following two circumstances:
- If you are unable to attend the course, a refund will be issued for cancellations made at least seven days prior to the start of the course, less a $25 administration fee for basic level classes and $50 fee for instructor level classes. If the class is less than $45, one half of the course fee will be charged as the administration fee. Cancellations received less than seven days prior to the start of the course will result in loss of the entire registration fee. You may register for another class up to one year from the original date of payment. Chicago Pulse CPR Training, Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. In the unlikely event that your course is canceled we will make every attempt to contact you. In addition, we suggest calling our 24 hour voicemail hotline number, (773) 445-2CPR (2277), to receive information on any courses that may have been canceled. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cancellations via the internet at this time. Please call Customer Service to cancel your enrollment or transfer to another course.
- Students who do not attend class and have not canceled their registration are not eligible for a refund.
- In the unlikely event that your course is canceled, Enrollees in these courses will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
