Our training schedule is designed to provide a rolling programmer of courses which means that there should be a course appropriate to your needs in the near future.
We have trained literally thousands of individuals in our full range of courses at our training locations spread throughout the Chicago area. Our training facilities are chosen with delegate comfort and convenience in mind.
All of our training is delivered by active serving Paramedics (CFD). In addition they are all approved and fully accredited as CPR instructors by the American Heart Association giving even further assurance of our professional credentials
The course contents used for our scheduled CPR and AED training is designed to cover the breadth of topics most likely to meet your needs. Whilst the contents of our public courses are agreed and followed closely, we naturally also encourage students with questions to raise these during the course with our vastly experienced trainers.
As an individual coming on one of our courses you will receive exactly the same care and standard of tuition as any one of our larger clients. We believe passionately in what we do and will never allow for any compromise on the quality of the CPR training that we give our customers both large and small.
For individuals booking onto scheduled courses, our course fees are $65.00 per person. This fee includes the course text book which is one of the authorized texts that the American Heart Association stipulate students should have read prior to coming to the course. This text is sent to our clients prior to the course at time of booking and is yours to keep as a reference after the course has run.
Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens
The Heartsaver BBP. This course covers the general OSHA Standard for bloodborne pathogens training for anyone with a reasonable chance for occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Designed for workers in the commercial market who must receive training per OSHA Standard 1910.1030.
The NEW Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens course teaches students:
- how to protect themselves from bloodborne pathogens in the workplace
- what to do when exposed to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace
- the right steps to take to clean themselves and the area involved when exposed to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace
- how to report any exposure to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace.
